In compliance with the mentioned legislation, users are informed that a profile has been created on the Social Networks Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, with the main purpose of advertising their training products and services.
The user who has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the created page, thus showing interest in the information advertised on the Network, gives us their consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at all times, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
SHEUNDERWATER has access to and processes the user’s public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network and is not incorporated into any file.
SHEUNDERWATER will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the profile.
- Publication on the user’s profile of all information already published on their page.
- Send personal and individual messages through the channels of the Social Network.

Once joined to the social network, the user can publish comments, links, images, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of these, have copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photos, videos, etc., that attack or are likely to attack morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that infringe, violate, or break intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to an image, or the law. In these cases, SHEUNDERWATER reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
SHEUNDERWATER is not responsible for the content freely published by a user. The user must be aware that their posts will be known to other users, so they are ultimately responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any file on our part but will remain on the Social Network.
SHEUNDERWATER reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the user joined to their page may participate. The bases for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published there. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and any other regulation that may apply.
The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.
